- I have made a reservation, when will it arrive?

If you have an order with a reservation, don't worry, that unit or units are automatically reserved for you.

Please note that the dates vary greatly and do not depend on us but on the distributor. If you have any doubts, please contact us with your order number at pedidos@thetimeseller.com

 

- I want to cancel a reservation, how do I do it?

In that case, email us at pedidos@thetimeseller.com with your order number and we will tell you how to proceed.

 

- What is the payment method for a reservation?

Reservations are always paid in advance, just like a normal order, but without physical stock. The product is not in the warehouse but you place an order to ensure the unit once it arrives.

We do not accept cash on delivery payments or reserve units without processed payment.

 

- What should I do if I have an order with items in stock and items on reservation?

Please note that each order corresponds to a single shipment, so if you have items in stock and items on reservation, your order cannot leave the warehouse until everything is in stock and ready to ship. If your order (by amount) qualifies for free shipping, we can send you what is in stock first and then reservations, as long as you give us your consent via email at pedidos@thetimeseller.com/p>
