The outer cover is canvas and on the back you find a soft, leather-covered arm-padding. Additionally there are adjustable leather-straps fixed to the wood. The shield is blank and can easily be painted with your own Coat of Arms or the colours of your group. Of course you can also fix any matching shield boss to it as well.
